Some of the 'red' flags that seem to be relevant below. They may or may not need fixing.
Database Configuration :: Version: 10.11.6-MariaDB-0+deb12u1 (Client:mysqlnd 8.3.12) | Database Size: 0 KiB | #of Tables with config prefix: 0 | #of other Tables: 0 | User Privileges : GRANT SELECTUser Privileges : INSERTUser Privileges : UPDATEUser Privileges : DELETEUser Privileges : CREATEUser Privileges : DROPUser Privileges : INDEXUser Privileges : ALTERUser Privileges : CREATE TEMPORARY TABLESUser Privileges : LOCK TABLES ON `cerm`.* TO `cerm`@`localhost`
Generally your database should be set to "all privileges" - maybe the above is saying exactly that but it seems a bit strange to me - not what I'm used to seeing.

Potential Missing Modules :: mod_expires | mod_ssl |
They should most likely need to be set to ON in your PHP settings (within your hosting cPanel) - contact your web host for support on this.
Potential Ownership Issues: Maybe
Make sure the file / folder ownership is correct. Your host can advise you about this.

Finally this setting could cause future problems
Max. Upload Size: 2M | Max. POST Size: 20M
Max Upload Size 2M should be at least equal (but not more) than Max Post Size - make them both 20M (or even 32M or 64M). This may depend on if your host lets you alter these - but generally most hosts would, through cPanel or similar web hosting system.
