I have got side-by-side systems running here. 3.10.12 and 5.1.1 and both have got the same updated version of JCE 2.9.73 set as the default editor. Both have got the same exact manually adjusted profile and font settings. Both systems' editor (3) tabs for 'Editor" and 'Code' and 'Preview' are operating identically. Both systems have Roboto as the Google font. However, on the 5.1.1 system when switching the editor to the preview mode, the entire font set is Times Roman and a much large base font size. Yet I can find nowhere that I would have set this.
What this is doing is making life an extra challenge on complex articles to get the real-world feel for what the page will look like as it is published.
At neither system have I gone in deep to adjust editor.css or any css relating to the editors for that matter. I use the browser developer tools to evaluate the situation; not been able to determine where in the heck that Times Roman is coming from. Beside myself here. Thanks for taking a look.
The 2 attached images are from the 5.1.1 where JCE plays Roboto font in Editor mode and Times Roman font in Preview mode. I did look at the developer website and found similar people but those solutions and suggestions do not help here.
