If your template does not use Bootstrap, maybe some kind of third-party extension brings it. The use of Bootstrap in the frontend depends only on frontend templates or third-party extensions (frontend parts of them). There is nothing in the backend that would turn off Bootstrap.no it doesn't depend on the template, my template don't use bootstrap at all
Provide a link to the site and indicate where Bootstrap is used.
