You need to copy files and database. The simplest way is to restore a backup made with Akeeba Backup to the live server: https://docs.joomla.org/Copying_a_Joomla_website. It works either way - backup live site, restore to local or backup local site restore to live site.
Follow Akeeba's detailed instructions in addition to the above. Use Akeeba Kickstart (download from Akeeba's site, it's not a Joomla extension).

There is the manual way i.e. export the database in phpMyAdmin, import it into a database on your server, then copy all the system files. (that's basically what Akeeba Backup and Kickstart achieve, in a simpler fashion).
