Administration Joomla! 4.x • System sent update notification 86 times and link was incorrect

Hi,

The system sent out an email regarding a Joomla update (the system was already updated) 86 times and the email link was to Google? I'm not sure why so many times or why the link was incorrect when it was already up to date?

Here is the link info:
