Dear friends,
Not sure if this is the right forum to post this inquiry.
I run a Joomla 5.2 multilingual website with 6 languages and English as the default language.
If an user submits a Data Export request in the Spanish website version, he correctly receives his confirmation request email in Spanish.
However, after I approve his request in the Admin Privacy Dashboard, he receives an email (with his data attached) in the default English language, not in the language of the original request.
Even though all the email templates are translated.
Do you have any ideas why this behaviour happens?
Might it be a bug, or simply a conflict of cookies because I made the request with a test user in the same computer? (The Admin uses English and the test frontend user uses Spanish).
Thanks in advance for any tips to solve this and prevent discrepancies.
Regards,
Carlos
